I hate to have to leave a bad review because Mindy is so sweet and I really like her. The problem is that the lash application is so terrible that it is damaging. I have had lash extensions for 4 years, I've been to 5 different technicians, Ive had some amazing ones, and some decent ones, but never had them done like this. I've had standard extensions and Volume. I was new to the area and Mindy was able to get me in the same day before my vavation. She did Volume lashes, which is what I've been doing for the last year already... here is the problem. Volume lashes are typically a cluster of 3-5 extension lashes glued to a single natural lash. Well these clusters are 5-10 lashes each with so much glue that they are thick and chunky on the ends, this causes them to itch and irritate the eye and makes them so heavy they flip around a lot more. But the truly upsetting part was that when these lashes fall out they come out in HUGE chunks all glued to multiple natural lashes. You should never have more than one natural lash glued to the same extension. I feel pinching in my eye constantly and what's happening is one lash has fallen out or grows out uneventl from the others that are all glued into the extension and so it starts pulling until it finally rips out all the lashes that are attached instead of only the one that had finished it's growth phase it is so awful that I have yet to have an extension come out that didn't have 2-5 natural lashes all glued in. After my initial set, I went in for a fill, partly bc I didn't know who else to go to yet and also thinking I'd give her a second shot, but it was even worse after the fill. Huge huge cluster full of glue have been coming out and my lashes are damaged and my eyes hurt. I have never ever had a problem in the 4 years I've had lashes on

I get my eyelashes done by Mindy and will never go anywhere else! She is so sweet, does an awesome job and is very flexible. The lashes she uses are super light so they don't weigh down your natural lashes. She gives you the style that you ask for and they last me a full 3 weeks. Love it!

Got my eye lashes with Mindy and I'm loving them!! Very professional and great service. Will definitely return for my fills.. love.. love.. love!!

So I'm experience was okay. She made my finger bleed twice. Though, they were very nice to my son and they were very sweet to me. I am not going back though.

Took my wife here for her birthday and she loved it! Everyone was friendly and helpful, she was offered something to drink and the overall experience was great.
