Would give 0 stars if I could. We booked a reservation and still had to wait over half an hour. The lady filing my nails wasn’t even watching while she was filing and I had to ask to get them filed three more times just to get snags off and they still aren’t even and are weird shapes. Nails look weird and bubbly. AND ALSO the place is disgusting they didn’t even bother sweeping the nail clippings for previous customers off the table or wipe it down. Over all a super horrible experience and you would be better off doing your own nails.

Terrible service. My friend and I made an appointment for acrylics and waited less than five minutes for them to start on us. Then about halfway through my appointment she makes me get up and sit in another chair so she could start on somebody else who had been waiting for about 25 minutes. When other costumers walked in they would be placed in the pedi chairs and not touched until one(of the three workers there) finished the current costumer, which is usually standard but nobody should need to wait 30+ minutes. Meanwhile I was sitting there for almost an hour waiting for anybody to come finish my nails. Meanwhile the lady that was doing them before finished the costumer that she made me get up earlier for, and now she could finish my nails. Should not have to pay $60 for overpriced, not so great acrylics in the first place, but there was 3 workers there! If you are ridiculously understaffed you should at least tell your costumers that there may be a wait because of how many people that were there unattended.

They do awesome work! They are always busy so i recommend making an appointment or it messes up their schedule to try and squeeze you in.
