Horrible customer service! After calling ahead to order 3 gift certificates and being assured that they would be ready for pickup later that afternoon I arrived and the woman at the desk sat on the phone for 12 minutes not even acknowledging anyone was waiting while I stood there cash in hand ready to grab certificates and go. After getting off the phone she tells me oh yes you wanted gift certificates I'll start that now.

Called for an appointment and was seen promptly. This was the first time I had the older woman who was nasty.
