Would give a partial star if it was available. My brother is a third time suicide attempt victim, and was transported to this hospital by ambulance after we called 911. They lost his clothes and his cell phone before he was transported to a 3 day hold facility in Dexter. They also never called us to let us know he was no longer in their hospital. He was sent to the facility in Dexter in a hospital gown. I can't describe the feeling this gives me in my heart. What kind of insane level of irresponsibility such as this belongs in such a serious work environment?

Great staff caring and super knowledgable. Plus, they have on-site x-ray so you will usually not need to go to the ER just to get an x-ray. They can diagnose and treat. They are wonderful - next time I have a joint issue, I'm coming straight here. I've wasted a lot of time other places where you see the doctor, then go for X-rays, then come back to have them read, then schedule treatment. Here they do it all.

I am waiting in the ExpressCare for an MRI. They have us waiting near sick people. This is very wrong. They are exposing me. A lady is waiting in the waiting room for an MRI and will not wear her mask. I was scheduled for 8:30 and it’s now 9:15 and I still haven’t been seen. This is ridiculous!

Had always heard wonderful things about this facility. I however would give them zero stars if I could due to one of their doctors. Dr Sahai was rude, condescending, would not answer questions, put out right lies in my chart & would not refill medications when forced to find another physician. If I were MO Delta I would be embarrassed to have her on staff.

This place needs to be shut down or have new staff and doctors who will do thier job. My friend was brought here took two hours to see him for a ten minute procedure and billed him for the two hours. Very unprofessional
