Love coming here. Have never been disappointed. Hillary always amazes me and provides such great customer service. I know they won't be exactly how said picture I show her looks, but she gets them done and they always look sooo pretty. Even when I'm being a pain in the a** and picky. Call ahead tho. Can get packed/busy fast. Don't rush either. Take your time so they turn out right.

Won’t go back. They cut my toe and made me bleed. Lazy work. They didn’t paint my whole nail. Very dissatisfied with the work. $35 for sloppy painting. Should have stayed home and painted my own nails.

I'm never really totally satisfied when I come here. This particular night I had a 6pm appointment and waited 45 minutes before I was seen. Once I was over charged for a pedicure, I didn't say anything, but I should have. It's just okay. They don't really make you feel welcomed, like I've seen at other places. They are overpriced too.

I am a previous patron. I wanted a full-set of nails. I told them I am now a diabetic, which I didn't have to disclose. Their demeanor changed immediately and my husband and I were told "no". No reason was given. I was embarrassed in front of other patrons. This business is discriminatory. I am also disabled and was made to feel unworthy.

So here’s the scope, id been going here for a while like 6/7 months. Went to Holly, but it just so happen the last two times I went she wasn’t available, so I had to get other ladies. Well, I go back not even a week later cause all my nails chipped, I mean the gel polish, and when I ask if they can fix the nail on the bottom cause it’s lifting they said no, not all nail techs do it cause I’m hollys client, but holly seemed to busy to fix or even to want to deal with me, sooooo, why go here? When you can’t get treated decent especially when you pay $100 each time going every two weeks. All I asked was for them to be fixed cause they were lifting, it’s not like I was asking for it for free, I have money I’ll pay, but come on to tell me they only fill the top of the nail and they don’t care about the bottom of your nail when it lifts, what kind of nail tech is that!!? Regardless if I always go to holly or not EVERY nail tech should check, that just tells me 1. they don’t care about their clients 2. They’re lazy. 3. They’re greedy, the managers response was I needed a new set, which I’m not going to deny, they’re lifting, that was my plan for next time I went in for a fill, since I had just got one not even a week ago, why pay for a full set when I just paid $100 a week ago! I’ve had acrylics for 20 years, and all this time I’ve never had this kind of experience. I’ve been to many states even countries traveling with the military and I have not been treated like this. Horrible place; save yourself the money go elsewhere. Pedi’s ain’t that great either. I only got them there so I wouldn’t waist time going to separate places and to match hands & feet, but for me it was hit or miss, I only liked 1 lady out of them all, I don’t remember her name but she’s older with glasses. She’s worth it. All the others nope!
