My experience here was top-notch. I had Chris as a manicurist, and he did an absolutely perfect gel French manicure. He took his time and was very patient, making sure each nail was perfect - both individually and compared to the other nails. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Really nice salon. They did a great job and didn't cause me to bleed. I can't say that about almost every other place I've been to. This place was very busy! I arrived at open on a Friday and still was in line with seven other people. Plenty of staff to cover everyone and I didn't feel rushed at any time. Will be going back.

My favorite nail place in the area!! I am so picky about my nails so I drive all the way from Ashburn to be pampered here. They always do such a good job and I never feel rushed. Prices are a little high but I think they go above and beyond so it's worth every penny. They do offer cash discounts so bring cash! I also signed up for their membership which you get your own nail file, buffer and a membership card so you can accumulate credits to use towards future services. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

Best nail salon in the area. I drive 25 minutes to come here. LOVE the service and attention to detail. I disliked my last visit with Tina who was apparently too tired yet worked on me. She was rude and short tempered. I very much hated my last experience, but I will go back and try again

I had to change my rating from 5 starts to 2 because of the recent experience I had. I've made an appointment specifically asking for Jenny which I've confirmed several times, but when I got to the salon, Jenny was busy with another customer. I was little disappointed, but I can understand because they are always busy.
After I paid for the service (including tips), I was confronted by the lady in Korean asking why my tip amount wasn't big. Gratuity is given for the service you get. My nails had dust bubbles, color was not evenly distributed, and I felt like everything was rushed. I had to wait for my party when I started much later. I did not feel pampered. I did not want to make a big scene, so I gave her more tips. She took it and went to the back room. After 15 minutes later, when I was driving out, she ran out and gave back (or threw the money inside the car). I was appalled by her action. I was in a hurry so couldn't talk to the manager, so I hope she reads this. I wonder if the lady would have the same audacity if I didn't speak Korean.
I wouldn't say that I wouldn't go back to Heaven Nail, but I am definitely hesitant.
Previous comment: When you move to a different area, It's so difficult to find a good nail salon that you can trust. I found mine. Heavens Nail & Spa is the best nail salon in town 👍 I always get gel manicure and pedicure, and they last at least 3 weeks. Jenny does my nails, and she's VERY meticulous and soooo sweet. Got my membership so I will visit again soon :)
