They do a good job, but the employees talk to each other in their language. They really don't engage with the customer. I always wonder if the employees are talking about the customer.

The owners are very friendly. They did a great job waxing my eyebrows.
The atmosphere inside of the place was very relaxing and inviting.

They had a sign for 23.99 pedicures and got charged 25 and i brought a friend they charged him...35 and he got a mani i also got a full set we aint get cut no break at all charged for every single little thing. I asked for a tiny nail extension for my overlay and he went from 25 to 40 im like ohhh nooo moral of the story is they are PETTY ASF. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WAS ROUGH ASF WIT MY FEET.. AND DUDE HAD AN ATTITUDE I NEEDED A DRINK TOLD ME IF I WENT TO THE STORE I NEEDED TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THEN A GURL CAME IN SHE HOT HER NAILS POLISHED BUT I COULDN'T GET A POP FROM NEXT DOOR.. I WAS GOIN ASK THE GURL TO GET ME A POP. ME BEING CONSIDERATE I DIDNT ASK....I WAS TOO THIRSTY IM GOOD NOW I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK IN THERE

I was able to get in and out quickly, which is a big deal. I would prefer better products for the price I paid, like a quality lotion or cream for my feet and legs. Staff were friendly.

For the price, which I feel is more on the expensive side for a pittsburgh salon. I'm very unsatisfied. It was very rushed and she skipped steps. I had to tell her to fix to many problems that she didn't see as a problem. Nails are to thick and not shaped nicely. Never going back.
