The staff are great. Attentive and clean. Not fancy but, I don't need the Red Door experience. Give me a fair price and short wait and I am happy

Wafa is THEE BEST! My little sister recommended me to get my nails there by her nail tech, but her days off did not coincide with my days. That is how I met Wafa. I was told she was AWESOME. And I can see why. She is always booked. She always had my nails looking beautiful.

I've been going here for some time and I have been settling for a mediocre job each and every time. I finally realized, location and convenience just isn't enough. I am not the type to write reviews, but here goes. First, they rush all manicures/pedicures. Polish is on the skin - I find myself always doing a clean up at home with my pedicure. Why! Second, if you have a favorite tech - they hate that and make you wait without notifying the tech. Dare ask how long until that person is available and you're told - you should go and ask. Really, now I'm a part -time employee confirming appointment availability! Third, they charged me $15 for an acrylic fill, $5 to cut (really shape), $15 for a coffin shape (what's that? - don't know - didn't ask for it.) I just wanted a little round on the side with a square edge, and $15 for gel polish. The last time, I got my nails done, the shapes were all different. Forget the coffin shape, they were more like round balloons, with little daggers for my index finger. When I finally speak up - I was told I had to wait another 45 minutes until someone was available again to fix. Unbelievable. Take my advice, try another place, you deserve to receive a great service; especially when you're paying and tipping well, which I always do. People have to live off a decent wage - firm believer in that, but I'll be darn if you are not going to give me what I want and pay for. No more. On to finding a new shop.

Way less hectic than their Langley Park location. All the techs are fast and friendly. Good centrally located spot. I'll be back.

I've been coming here since they opened, more than 6 years ago. I always get a pedicure, and I'm always happy with it. The staff is great, especially Aline. And, the prices are very reasonable. I won't get my nails done anywhere else.
