All around great salon that does an exceptional job helping you with all of your hair and nail needs. The owner Dena cuts my hair and does a phenomenal job every time. All the employees are super friendly and very professional.

The receptionist is completely offensive and unprofessional. Most likely because I was the only person of color in the facility. I went in early today and asked for a manicure. (At the time the place only had a few people getting their hair done.)
She asked me to come back in 40 minutes, to which I replied, “Okay I’ll be back in 40.“ I returned later as requested, and was told that I cannot be attended to because I “did not make an appointment.” WHAT!?
I just cannot wrap my head around this. The receptionist specifically said 40 minutes. I returned at that time and was told that they were booked. My husband was flabbergasted that we hung around the neighborhood waiting for my nails to be done with our two babies! He too went in to try to understand the lack of professionalism and her “confusion“ and was told that I never made an appointment.
Now from a third-party perspective what does that sound like to you… Racism.

I've been coming here for years. Everyone here is welcoming and the salon is impeccable. Highly recommend.
