I was so wary of coming to a place like this as they can often be known as chop shops or hack jobs. I had a coupon and definitely needed a cut. I had no reservation (though they have them online and you can check in online, too) and I still got into a chair within 15 minutes. They were very busy, busier than they expected, but they were friendly and managed it well. Amanda did my hair. She knew what she was doing for my type of hair and it turned out great! I'm pleasantly pleased, especially with getting pictures done the next day. Will come again!

I can't wait for my hair to grow back so I can go to a professional hair dresser. I am embarrassed by the way it looks now. I will never go to this hack shop again. My previous hairdresser usually charged about $100.00, I paid $14.00 at Great clips. I guess you get what you pay for.

Recently went in for a haircut and wash, my hairdresser was allergic to water but she was fantastic and did a wonderful job. I always do the online check-in, would recommend that for anyone since you then don't have wait for your hairstylist.

I had to pay $14 for my 11 year old son's haircut, not including the $3 tip that I was kind enough to still give her. The lady did a lousy job communicating with him, and I had to fix his hair when we got home. She missed an entire section in the front! We will never return to this store.
