Originally I was very pleased with the manicure/pedicure that Lily provided, and loved the designs she dod. However after my experience today I will never return. I have never had issues with the nail designs she did, and always thought she did a decent job. Today I had an appointment booked and she approached me and told me she couldn't do my nails anymore as they took too long and could tell I was unhappy with them, despite her doing them for the past few months. I only ever got minimalist designs with consisted of simple lines. I tried to explain that I never had an issue, but she kept making excuses. Not only was I not given the courtesy of a call for her to cancel my appointment prior to my arrival, but her reasoning to cancel was absurd. Beyond disappointed from this experience as I have been a loyal customer

Always sent people here and highly recommended for 5 yrs … until today. They took advantage of my young daughter being there by herself with her sister. And charged $68 for an acrylic full set , I called them while she was there , asked how much a full set is, was told $40, I then asked how about a full set with colored acrylic, I was told $45. So proceeded to ask why then are they charging my daughter $68 ? They put me on hold, then came back and told me it was for the colored acrylic, talked amongst themselves, and I said I thought you just said that is $45?? I was put on hold 2 more times, before another person got on the phone and said it was for the the length of the nail and the shape, and the “design” . The photo my daughter provided was for color reference only. She was never asked what shape, she doesn’t not like coffin shape. But was given it anyway. She doesn’t do long nails , and they are not as long as the picture, not even close lol. They are standard length, and the design is not a design, it’s not art, it’s an angled French tip. Nothing crazy. I should reference that 2 months ago she did get acrylic ombré that was $60, and was absolutely justified as that takes extra effort and skill to perform, which is why she went with a more basic nail this time because she didn’t want to pay for the extra stuff. They proceeded to embarrass her in the salon, telling her her “ mommy called and said that we won’t be coming back” and they were mocking it, and the man doing her nails Eve said “ I don’t care if you don’t come back, don’t come back” and laughed. While he was finishing her nails. It was all handled extremely unprofessional and it’s unfortunate because we have been coming there for yrs and I’ve sent so many people there and always had good things to say. But to insult and embarrass a child , and threaten to not finish her nails and laugh at her , when I clearly told the woman at the end of the conversation “ charge what you want, finish her nails. “ because she was threatening to not finish them, she said “ you don’t want to pay, we will stop doing them, want him to stop?” Making a huge scene in front of everyone. Just all around unprofessional, just because someone questions your price, don’t insinuate they aren’t going to pay and put on a show to belittle and embarrass someone. So it’s unfortunate they handled this situation like this, because we went there because of the atmosphere and the positive energy of the staff, and now we will venture elsewhere because now we see when they are questioned, they turn into vultures and get very defensive and rude instead of just having a civil conversation.

Job well done at a decent price and the nail techs are nice and friendly.

I always get treated very well by everyone at Serenity! Everyone there is very friendly and they do a great job! Lisa always does my mani pedi and she always does an amazing job!

I only use Jen for Pedi's she's great!
The Shop is clean and the Staff is friendly.
