I came here several months ago and the service was decent. I went yesterday to see if I could get in real quick. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in. I left because the wait was too long for my schedule.
Today, my niece and I walked in for pedicures. Again, we weren’t greeted. Immediately we were told they were busy. I asked how long was the wait and some lady at the cash register said we are busy. I was able to wait today, but they kept saying we’re busy. After, they stared us down with frowns, we did not feel welcomed as if we were not wanted there. I’m not sure if it is because we are people of color or they may be understaffed. I don’t know. However, that is no way to treat anyone who walks through your doors. I am never giving them my business again. Ever.

Diane is so sweet! Today was my first time going there and my nails look great! Even added sparkles for no extra charge. Definitely will come back!

Apparently artists feel they have the right to make any comment they like. Very rude. Will never go back.

They cut my niece during the manicure. Very rough. I have since talked to another woman they cut as well. I asked for a brow tint. I came out looking like a clown. I have small brows and they colored my skin to try to make it look like I had HUGE brows. I started scrubbing it off in front of them and they still charged me for it. I go down the street now.

I'm surprised this place has such a low rating, I thought they were great. My nails turned out beautifully and Amy was super nice. It's small, clean, and doesn't have that over powering polish smell.
