Had 2 appointments that were amazing. Then the 3rd appointment she cancelled a few days before because of a hand injury. Cool, no problem. Hope you feel better. Rebooked for 5 weeks later. Get a text the day before that she’s no longer taking new clients and won’t be able to take me anymore. Really? The day before after I’ve been booked for weeks? The kicker is there’s no note of this on her website and you can still clearly book appointments. Did you just not like me or something? Real cool business.

First time reviewer, long time client. Hands down ( LOL, see what I did there) Alex is the best nail tech I have have ever been to. She is a true artist with amazing talent. She has the capability to do intense and detailed oriented designs. Alex is a true professional and is a clear communicator. I would suggest that if you have a particular design or idea in mind, to make sure to include it in your booking or to provide photos on the day of or in advance via Instagram DM or email. It also doesn’t hurt that she has an absolutely amazing dog Petunia who will greet you on arrival. I would also like to give a shout out to Alex’s suite mate the Babe Cave aka Lash Allure by Talisa, who does amazing lash extensions. Alex 4 nail prez! Attached a few photos of her awesome work.

Obsessed with nail haven. Alex is an absolute champion and I honestly got the best manicure of my life. Not only will I be going back, but I hope to tell everyone I know to pay her a visit. The salon is charming and the price is beyond reasonable for what you get! I had the perfect nails for my bridal shower, thanks Alex!

My wife was in the hospital and Alice the owner came after work and did her nails before my wife died. My wife's nails looked beautiful. Thank you Alice your a true angel from Stephen Barrett
