I am very unsatisfied, the guy that did my nails charge me $42 for gel pedicure he didn’t do the work the correct way, all he did was paint my nails and then Rinse it off with a little bit of the Product they used to take off the dirt therefor he didn’t really washed my feet properly how they usually do it. I gone to other places where they charge me $35 and do their job the proper way and treat me better. I am never Wasting my time again to come to such horrible place Babylon does a better job and is much close to me I Will never try this place again

Young lady that did my deluxe pedicure and manicure kept stopping to text or call her boyfriend. I got the deluxe pedicure for he callus treatment and my heels feel the same as when I entered the salon. She did not massage my feet, legs or hands and rushed. When it was time to go to the dryer she didn’t even offer to help carry my stuff since my nails were wet. My nail chipped the next day.

Went there twice for my gel fil in always nice clean and relaxing never had a problem with my nails !
UPDATE Kelly is amazing she takes her time and actually cares about her customers.
Be aware of the men that work there they will cut your cuticles all up with the nail file. Find the person you like and stick with them.

I’ve been here on several occasions without an appointment and received great service. Tami does an awesome job every time. Love this place!

PLEASE READ...THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in and said hello and every employee just stared at me and continued to speak amongst each other. Someone finally said “What do you want”...Wow, what a way to greet a customer. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. I sat in the chair to get a pedicure for 15 minutes before anyone came to me. Upon sitting down 2 other customers were up front pissed off about their service complaining that their nails were not up to par as they should have been after their service,
so I should have took that as a hint to not come here. When I did finally get serviced, my pedicure lasted I kid you not, 10 minutes! My cuticles were horrible, and the nail polish itself was super sloppy. The manager DAVID is the most rude of them all and I had expected atleast the manager to have some kind of good customer service skills. I thought wrong! Please listen to all of the other reviews and do not go here.
