I agree with Jessica Bermudez. This place used to be an awesome place with awesome service and results. However, once the owner “Randy” gets a negative attitude towards you or decide he does not want you in his shop, everything goes left. He comes across VERY rude. He used to do my nails and he is the best by far. Totally awesome designs. Well, there was something I didn’t like with a design or something else and I told him. He became impatient with me and there was tension in the air. When I came back for service again he passed me off to someone else (every time). If I am paying, I want it like this and not like that or whatever the case may be. Why not try and give the customer what they want. I was always shut down or turned away. So be forewarned, don’t get on his bad side. He has this “arrogant” air about himself and it comes across in his mannerisms , his voice and his service. I stopped going there for over a year and when I thought the air had cleared, I returned to the same Arrogant Randy who told me everyone is busy “come back tomorrow “. I know what you guys are thinking.....maybe or perhaps I was rude or rubbed Randy the wrong way. Well, yes I insisted on a certain design or color and he would say it is not possible but the other technician did do it before. He was just unwilling to try and accommodate my request. VERY ARROGANT AND RUDE. Even if I make appointment with him he would pass me off. The technician Nam used to do awesome pedicures with foot massage. I was just fed up with Randy’s unprofessional attitude and stop going to the shop period. Although I miss his nail perfection skills.

Aweful experience!!!! The little guy with blonde hair was very rude and unprofessional. He treated me like I was a curse. I had trama to my toe I dropped a can on my toe. So I came in requesting a pedicure and manicure. He comes over to me irritated like I’m inconveniencing him and like I can’t pay for any extra services needed to accommodate my issues .... then he begun to get loud saying show me which nails and so I pointed to my nails he continued to embarrass me and had me repeatedly point to my toes... he started saying yeah I can refuse service then he yelled over to another worker saying did you tell her we only accept cash... little did he know I have 2000 cash in my purse to pay for any extra effort plus tips...he made me feel smaller and less than... I eventually left with a few choice words.... you can’t treat people mean and cruel just because you can.. karma does return 10 fold. It did make me feel better after reading the other reviews that he is just a rude little man with issues ... but honestly prior to that I cried all the way home... 😔😔😔

I loved it here! My first time here and I had 4 women in front of me and Randy told me he would stay and do me and my little sister’s nails! He loves what he does and loves his customers! Very talented man!

This place is horrible. The guy with the orange hair is rude. Don’t go there.
