I really needed my nails done before Easter. I couldn't find any openings for the nail salons I normally go to, so I gave Nail Trends a go. First off, there was an argument between a customer and the nail tech which made me feel uncomfortable. If you close at 7 and you don't want to take anyone, turn your open sign off and close your door. I understood where the customer was coming from, she was waiting but you took someone who came in way after her. She asked the nail tech about it and he cursed her out and kicked her out. Unfair. So when I finally got into a seat, the nail tech rushed through my full set and painted a really bad design. My nails were uneven ( I had gotten coffin tips) and the gel had lumps in it. When I expressed my dislike, he gave me attitude and told me to pay and get out. Worst experience ever over nails. I'm happy I found better which is Pro Nails over on Ashley Phosphate by food lion.. go and check it out!

I visited here this morning before going to another nail shop. You will encounter musical chairs from them, sat in two different chairs before heavy set girl rude no greeting or anything just what are you getting done today? The other black girl who set an appointment for another client of hers had 1 girl in chair and one waiting. Tells client I'm going to hook you up with my other nail tech who's chair I was sitting in that she would do it. This chick going to send me to another chair. See why you can't or skeptical on supporting black businesses or nail techs! I took my business elsewhere. Never will I visit this nail salon again not even for a free service. Unprofessional staff.

I have been going to this same nail salon for 5 years now. Ms. Jessica was my nail artist until she left to go get married. Since that day the owner Mr Steven has personally done my nails. Mr Steven and his wife are both hard workers and they run a clean reasonably priced business.

Okay this is the second time I get my eyebrows waxed from them & the second time they burnt me even after I said it was too hot. I also was not acknowledged till after they closed & saw me sitting there for awhile. I only went because he was the only open at the time but I'm never going back again. I'm just gonna go back to my main tech in West Ashley Walmart.

I got a pedicure there today. The staff was not friendly. My feet were red from the water being so hot. I also signed in for a full set of nails.when my pedicure was finished, I was told I couldn't get it done, come back tomorrow. I went to Pro Nails. They were no better.
