Ashley, Melissa and staff are always pleasant and accommodating. They always do their best to make their clients feel pampered! After being a client for over 10 years, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else!

We purchased a $100 gift card for a deep tissue massage. They will not accept the gift card one year after purchase. I believe this to be against the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009, which states that gift cards can not expire prior to five years from purchase.
I was physically unable to receive a massage (redeem the gift card) within the one year due to an accident and two subsequent surgeries required to repair the injury.
I have contacted Exquisite Styles on four different occasions regarding the gift card. Each time I am told that I must speak with the owner, but the owner is unavailable and will return my call. I have never received a call back and the receptionist will not provide any other contact method for the owner.

I purchased a $100 deep tissue massage gift card for my wife's birthday. She was unfortunately not able to use the card within the first year due to a traumatic mountain biking accident that prevented her from receiving a massage. My wife has tried very hard to contact and resolve the situation with Exquisite Syles, but they have refused to work with her in any way.
It appears that I threw away $100, and I won't be doing that again.

My sister and I got a mani and pedi by the next day our nails chipped. I spoke with the owner finally and she could of cared less. Horrible customer service.

What a grand salon and I would highly recommend a visit! All of the staff that I met treated me like a queen. The cut is beyond fabulous.
