I have been going to this salon for years. I have always been treated with respect and was treated kindly. But today was totally different. My nail tech was Brian (he sat at station # 7 and he was extremely rough and when ask to please be more gentle he became very loud and told me he was done with me. I paid my bill and asked him to paint my nails he complained loudly and was extremely rude. I asked several techs who was the manager and I was told there was not one. I will continue to go back until I I speak to a manager or an owner. I have never been so unhappy with my service. Michelle Bryant

Nails too thick. Too much polish removal added to polish and base coat. Polish job is awful...thick with small bubbles in it. First and last time getting nails there. The 1 star is actually too much for this nail job.
Should have read reviews first.

Everyone was so sweet, friendly & entertaining. I believe my tech shaped my nails & did them so carefully to the point where she asked me if I wanted them thin & I said yes thank you. I loved the results although the original gel polish that I wanted ran out, but it was still great. She was very detail oriented & made sure I was satisfied!!

The service there was excellent! They gave me exactly what I wanted, and offered to add the pictures on my ring fingers for free. My nail technician, Maria, was very sweet and started up a nice conversation.

I have been going to Tek for about 7 years. The last time I will ever go was two weeks ago. I went on a Sunday and waited 1.5 hours to get a full set. The lady who did my nails is an older lady with short hair, she has done my nails in the past and they were awful. Just wanting to get out of there I took a chance and let her do them again. Firstly, she makes them look very thick to the point it looks like I have fat nails if that makes sense. Secondly, she slops polish on them and doesn’t clean off excess. Thirdly, the length was uneven as can be. Today I needed a fill so I went to a different salon and the wonderful lady who did my nails commented on how bad of a job the person did before her. That’s sad and embarrassing. Will be returning to this new place as the lady did a fabulous job and my nails don’t look mediocre.
