I was told Ricky was the best for free hand designs so I scheduled an appointment with him. When he realized I didn’t have acrylics on and my design was simple he passed me off to someone who couldn’t even cut and file them straight. This is no way to treat a customer. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Smh these people... I went here on several occasions and I feel like they just didn’t like me so they refused to help me. One time I went and sat and waited for almost a hour just for the lady to tell me they can’t do anything at that time. So I went back a few more times and did get service done. The final straw for me was every time I go even with a appointment I end up waiting for them to finish up someone else’s services and I don’t mind waiting. The last appointment I made I was 10 minutes late cause I figured I would be waiting for them to wrap up what they were doing so it wouldn’t be that big of a deal. Wrong! They lady was telling me about how I was late and they couldn’t help me. Never again giving them my money!

First time there for a pedicure and manicure- not impressed at all. The place seemed unprofessional, and disorganized- the nail techs were trying to do 2 and 3 people at a time. They rushed through my pedicure and manicure, the water was lukewarm, and the service was bad no where near the deluxe status i paid for. Would not recommend
