No words for how garbage this place is. I got a yelp just so I could review on there too. Upcharge for breathing their air. Sorry pedicures. Crooked nails. Rude workers who you can tell don’t want to be there. List goes on. Never again.

I enjoyed getting my nails done at Chocolate Spa but today I have had the worst experience. The employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for a simple design and they failed to do so. Do not recommend

So I went in and was greeted and asked if he could do a simple purple French tips with glitter polish over it. He said we can't do it. How on earth they can't simply put glitter polish on my nails is beyond me.... so I asked if he could do a design (the absolute most common and simple flower in the nail industry by far), showed him a picture and he said yes..... okay... I go to sit down show the same exact picture and am told no too much.... are you serious!?!
But the French tips with glitter..... that blows my mind!
The previous week I went for a pedicure, got to keep my feet in water for about 3 mins and that was it.... and the employees let us know later they were talking about us

Horrible! Went for a pedicure. Brought me to a filthy foot tub and told me to sit. I said no.. this is filthy! After that someone else came over and said she did not put in the plastic bag... Ok? .. so then she proceed to fill the tub with ICE COLD water. Pedicure took all of 5 minutes at the most .. don't think she ever even touched my feet ... I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Never will go back there .. no one even seemed to care.. no apologies... nothing...there are so MANY other places to go.. GO TO THEM!

Last time I went my pedi and mani were not good.
Polish came right off and they had a 3 way conversation while doing my service,I wanted to relax and couldn't.
