Went there today in a pinch, walked in on a Friday afternoon around 3:45p, there was only 1 customer in the whole...that should have been my first clue! The nail tech was far more interested in his cell phone than me, the customer! While watching him remove my polish, I noticed how unclean the salon was, and watched him remove nail polish off of one finger, then look at his phone, which was positioned perfectly on his leg so he could keep looking down. Then he went to take out an old very used emery board to file my nails...That is when I got up and walked out!! Will NEVER go back and I highly recommend you don't go there either!

The people are very nice but I got a French manicure and a few days later the white tips turnt somewhat black. I got them done for vacation and now are ruined... never coming back again.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE NEVER GO THERE!! I called Elegant Nails II in Hackettstown, New Jersey and scheduled appointments for 2 pedicures at 12:30. My friend and I arrived at exactly 12:30 on the dot. We were seated immediately and the place was hardly crowded. My friend and I sat and waited with our feet in the water for over 40 minutes. After 40 minutes one women took her time and finally began my friends pedicure. After my friends pedicure was completed they began mine. Which then was an hour after my appointment. My friends pedicure began at 1:10 and mine didn't start until 1:30!! Finally after they finsihed I went to the counter to pay and told the manager that we had made appointments for 12:30 and they had started very late and here we are at 2 o'clock still there. She did not apologize and did not offer any discount for us waiting This place does not do that well of a job to act like this!!! Also---both the man and women that mainly do nails are not polite at all. They offer there unwanted opinions and get mad when you don't want to do what they suggest.

Been here a couple times but never had such a horrible pedicure as I did Sunday. Lancomb was so rough to where I had to tell her to STOP. My toe was bleeding and she scrubbed my heel raw, cannot where shoes with a back until it heels. They use Dremel tools on the nails and not sure how there are disinfected. Non English speaking and unfriendly at best. Definitely looking for a new place.

Love this place! I get a gel manicure and it lasts 3 weeks! When my friends go to other places their nails start chipping within 2 weeks. But not mine. Prices are reasonable too.
