Everything went ehhhhh. Paid $38 for a messed up straight cut with some layers. Walked out with my hair partially wet. Oh not the mention the whole time this stylist barely said a word. She spent about 20 minutes on my hair. Definitely felt rushed! And they weren’t even busy! Never again. Sorry Regis.

Went in for a balayage today. showed a picture of how i want it to look. it was a picture of a balayage on my own hair, ill post that for reference. Elian did my hair, she did not quite understand what i wanted even after showing her the picture. I did not get a balayage, i got some type of Ombre, it wasn't even blended or the color i wanted. my ends were green, not exactly sure why since i had no color in my hair. she then had to cut my ends to take the green off. this "balayage/ ombre" thing she did to my hair looks terrible. i cant stop crying. i feel so ugly. i just want my money back. it is not even close to being blended or looking good. even if i got half my money back id appreciate that because now i have to pay to get it fixed because i wont be going back there. first picture is what i wanted. next pictures are what i got. I guess the pictures didn’t upload but the ones that is uploaded is what I got. if someone contacts me about my experience i will update this review. EDIT: added a different picture that shows how terrible it looked.

Liked that I could take my daughter without an appointment . Charged 37.00 for a trim, and braided her wet hair, saying it would be fuzzy if she blow dried it. Ummm... product? That’s why we like the salon. They usually make it look so good we can’t replicate it. Not impressed.

I saw the stylist Sophie Kneen. She spun me around in the chair, so I could not view her work. She was supposed to give me long layers to chop up the curls which was almost shoulder length. Two hair appointments, later, in three days, I am left with a grown out pixie/ short Bob, barely covering the ears, and one crying session. Sophie Kneen used a razor, including at the crown of my head, to thin out my hair. She left the top layer alone. This caused my hair texture to change. My hair had wires, which crunch, throughout my entire head. Sophie Kneen cut my hair dry which I found out can cause breakage to damage the root due to the razor; it can cause hair loss. I found out this is the same Regis store which is involved in the Johhannson investigation/ Oreily tape recordings which made newspapers...And I used myself credit card to pay for the haircut because the police told me a receipt is needed for potential charges - potential terrorism charges for enforcing the tape recordings. Guess what? I am Israel. It is the law.

Be wary! I saw Elian at Regis Salon in Roseville for highlights and haircut last week and she is a Master Stylist at this branch so I paid a premium for her service. The highlights turned out pretty good but the haircut had to be corrected. Now, this is the 2nd haircut out of 3 haircuts that needed a correction, because one side was longer than the other; it shouldn’t be that hard for a Master to do a simple haircut, actually just a trim. However, when I seen her last week, I asked her to get the haircut done right this time so I didn’t have to come back for a correction, after all I am paying over $200 for highlights and haircut and I don’t have the time to come back after every haircut for a correction, my time is valuable also. That apparently made her very upset. So, the worst thing happened after the haircut when she was using the Curling Iron to curl my ends and she touched the top of my head with the hot iron and burned me, which it hurt for days. First of all, there was no reason to touch the top of my head at all, it was just to curl the ends of my hair. When I jumped and screamed that she had burned me she just denied it and did not even apologize, and she still did not cut it right, she just curled the ends so it wasn’t obvious that one side was longer than the other. When I came back in, a couple of days later for a correction of my haircut, I confronted her again that she burned my scalp two days ago and I don’t want her to use the curling iron this time. Then she finally admitted that she knew that she had burned me but she used again the iron and burned my scalp again! That can only tell me that she burned me not by an accident but rather purposely and maliciously. For any stylist this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. The irony is that she is bragging all the time how great of a stylist she is but she cannot even give a simple haircut. I would have talked to the manager but they have such tight ties over there that I am sure nothing would have been done anyway; maybe I would have gotten a refund or discount. But the point is, that I am writing this review to make other customers aware, so no one else is ever exposed to malicious treatment like this, because someone expresses dissatisfaction with the service and/or requests a correction due to the incompetency of the stylist. I would definitely not recommend this stylist to anyone.
