From what I understand there's no management there this is substitute the more seems like the quality of service is going down the maintenance people who clean up I'm not doing a good job cleaning up the place this is the second day in a row that I go to the mall to do my daily walk and when I need to go to the bathroom bathrooms are filthy takes about 2 hours to get them clean

Never ever coming here again. Staff were very rude. I went in to get a gel manicure and she must’ve put like 7 costs of the gel on. Normally, from personal experience, it only takes 2 or 3 coats. Well, there were so many that I bumped my one nail after I had left and the gel came RIGHT off. I could literally just peel it off like a band aid because of how thick and disgusting it was. Would never recommend to anybody.

Just went in today and had TAMMY. She did THE worst job i’ve ever had done on my nails. Made me bleed within the first 5 minutes with a drill, then proceeded to not glue the nails on enough so they feel like they are going to fall off, and then made them too short and the simple french manicure i wanted has bubbles in the polish and she forgot to put a second coat on my one thumb. a visible difference. left in a fury to have them fixed by another place. horrible set of nails.
