The service was decent, but after 2 days of having Gel Nails on my fingers it began peeling. The Gel applied to my toes was great and is still holding strong. However, the Gel pedicure does not consist of the foot soak and scrub as a normal pedicure would. Though, you're paying more for it....

The nail care was very rough. They cut my cuticle twice on both hands during my acrylic manicure. Two weeks later, I got to a saloon and remove my nails just to find that my nail bed is so weak. I wont be coming here again. 78 for normal pedicure, acrylic set and top. Don't ruin your nails. It's not worth it

My friend and I came to this place to get our nails done and pedicures. Once we sat in the chairs to start our pedicures we immediately felt uncomfortable because they started speaking in their naive language while pointing. Then I had a guy come to do my nails, I told him I simply wanted clear square nails (can't get any more simple than square and clear), he told me he could not do that. I suggested two more things in which he could also not do. I ended up choosing what my friend was getting done and mine came out completely different. I told him in the beginning that I had broken two nails prior to coming in and asked him to be careful with them and to please be gentle. He was not!!! So much to the point my pinkie on the left hand and index of my right hand were bleeding. We proceed to leave and went to pay. Be aware that they call who ever was working on you to the front to stand there and watch how much of a tip you are going to leave. I only left $5 but that was for the lady who did an ok job on my feet. Fast forward a week and my fingers are swollen and full of fever and pain to the point where I go to another salon to get them taken off and upon taking it off I see there is an infection in both nails he made bleed! Blood and pus continued to ooze out of my fingers for 3 days. Its been two weeks and the skin around both of those nails are still PEELING! When I called the salon to get a refund the "manager Kim" told me to come back to get it fixed. I dont understand how in the hell they would fix it being that they aren't doctors! I told her I would never come back and that I wanted a refund. She told me there was nothing she could do. I did advise her that I would be seeking legal counsel regarding this incident and she told me thats fine! This place is disgusting and the people are horribly rude. My lawyer is still trying to get in touch with "Kim" and no one has answered or called him back. My next call is to Fox4 and the BBB. These people need to be put out of business for the sake of peoples health!

I would give it 5 stars but my last visit was so so so. I had one nail fall off completely 4 days later. Plus two nails crooked.
All other visits have been great which is why I drive over 20 minutes to get there. Hopefully the tech was having an off day.

I do oil changes all day and am on my feet all day so my feet and hands are stressed! I went in around 12 they were kinda busy but started on me ASAP! I got the sports pedicure and wax manicure and BOY they did the damn thang! IM A TOUGH CRITIC AND THEY ARE NOW MY GO TO SPOT! Highly recommend for my hard working women/men who like to pamper themselves! The chair massager was off the chain too and my manicure lady also told me I could stay after as long as I like in the chair! Thank you! God bless!
