The ladies were rude. They pretended they didn't hear me when I asked for gel colors so I just waited to be seated. Three minutes later one lady comes out with a basket with gel colors then asked me to take a seat. Immediately she starts talking and the others laugh. I don't speak the language but we all understand tone and body language. I let it slide though. When she's done she lets me sit there for no reason. Gel dries instantly.... I'm won't be coming back.

Employees rush there work when they see customers walk in the door! I pay for my service so I expect it done right! Never again

I have been a customet for over 3 yeara now. Clearly, I enjoy their services. Kim, Kathy, Teresa & Lee are my favorites. To avoid waiting in line, schedule an appointment.

This place is awful, I asked for a Mani and pedicure. The lady said did I want gel, I said no. She straight out said gel is better cause with the regular nail polish my Manicure would only last a day!! WTH really!! So I was pushed to getting gel and literally the gel fell off and my pedicure lasted a day like she said. They must be using cheap product. Through the whole treatment they spoke in their language and would stare at me!! The other lady asked if I wanted calus removal and I said no, well she half scrubbed my feet and did not put any liquid to scrub! Just cause I said no to calus removal which is an extra $5.00 dollars. I paid and gave them a dollar cause that is what they deserved!! Not professional what so ever!!! Go to French Nails they don't talk about you!! Do not recommend Signal Hill Nails to nobody!!!

Got a gel manicure yesterday and this morning it all peeled off! They don't take their time with your service, just want to finish and move on to next customer. The lady doing my nails, KIM was so worried about all the conversations and everything else going on and did a horrible manicure. They barely understand English. WORST NAIL SHOP IN SIGNAL HILL
