Where to start? Dirty, all the nail polished were dried up. She dipped the nail into the glue than glued the nail to my actual finger! I tried to be kind, I alerted her that the nail was glued to my finger, she than glued a second nail to my other finger. I had to stop her! She didn't know what she was doing. She than said well your nails too short. When I than made the suggestion to glue the acrylic while on my nail she than closed the nail container. That's how I knew this was over. It was awful. I had to sit there while my nails were soaking in acetone. Awkward. No sorry or anything. The worst. All around bad service.
