Just got my nails done by Andy. He was awesome! You can tell he truly cares about his job and I love my nails they're beautiful

I don’t like to post negative reviews. However, I am in the beauty industry and I came here last minute to have a full set put on. I left before my no chip was applied seeing as I still have acrylic on my skin around my nail, and glue under- and on my finger tips. I expressed that my skin was repeatedly being filed since the glue and acrylic were applied on to my actual nail along with the skin around my nail. The man doing my nails seemed to be irritated by my saying this and made an animated-mock-like gesture, insinuating that I did not know what was going on and indeed he “wasn’t” filing my skin. His thumb nails were very long and digging ever so firmly into my hands as I sat there wanting to run for the door. I also still had remaining acrylic on my thumb from the previous fill I had done 3 weeks prior. I was told that it was all off and a nail was applied on top of it regardless. He even went as far as to ask the nail tech next to him and she said it was all off as she was painting her clients nails-not to have even looked over at my nail. At this point Im thinking to myself-whyyyyyyy Last but not least........ I jerked about 5 times while my thumb was being worked on in fear that my knuckle was going to come out of its socket.
Drum roll now please..........I was charged $30 for this. Um no. Boy bye.

Horrible. I got acrylics and refill. Nails started to fall off 3 days after I got them on. When I was getting refills, the person didn’t ask if I wanted them shorter or what shape. 3 of my nails are off and I got them done 3 days ago. I’m pissed
