Let me start this review off by saying I’ve been many times to this office and usually I love it! But in July I went and had an absolute horrible experience to the point I had the owner give me a call. When LEE called me we went iver everything that happened and she asked for pictures which I texted to her. She called me back and apologized non stop! She asked me if I wanted a refund or a discount on my next visit. I chose to do the 50% discount on my next visit because I didn’t want to cause a huge scene and not be able to return. I live 2 hours away so I drive a long way to return to this office. I wasn’t able to go back until September which of course by then all the lashes were removed. So I called and asked for a full set volume, and I notified the staff member of the conversation with the manager and he said of course we’ll honor it. Well a few hours went by and I receive a phone call from the owner LEE and she informs me “ I think you misunderstood the 50% off was for a refill “ I was very upset I hung up and she proceeded to call back multiple times. I told my husband I would keep the appointment and he told me NO you will not go back to a place that treats you that way. I finally answered her phone call and she was laughing saying “ why be cheap just pay I’ll look beautiful for sure “ I told her cancel my appointment and I will never return and she yelled and then hung up on me! I have never been treated this way by a professional business, and I will never return I’d rather pay more money at a new office than be subject to disrespect!

First time to have my lashes done and they did an amazing job, I love my lashes!! They really work with you to achieve whatever look your wanting. Very professional they are super nice! I highly recommend longmi lashes, Go see them you won’t be disappointed!

Lashes didn’t last very long. I am very disappointed with the outcome. My first time visit I used the special that they’re running for the first Time guest, in the month of July and let me just say.. When they say you get what you pay for this would be a perfect example. My lashes were short and uneven. One eye had more than the other. ( I noticed in pictures).
Looks like the owner has his trainees practice on you. Very dissatisfy!

Love my lashes! I've been a number of times and will continue to go back. Everyone has the same extensive training so even if your favorite tech is busy they will take care of you! And no Contract!

Lovely lovely salon. Very peaceful atmosphere, sweet people work here and do amazing beautification. I'll post before and after shots to show how awesome this salon is!
Definitely recommend and definitely coming back.
