I went to this shop after seeing what they had done for my friend and her hair. I had an appointment set up a week in advance and couple days before my appointment was to happen it was cancelled. I understood the circumstances for this cancellation and so I called and rescheduled my appointment with a different girl. The day of my second appointment It was cancelled. After expressing my concern and asking if cancelling was consistent at this salon I was told that appointments there were no longer offered to me. I am sure they are good with what they do, but they do not know how to properly interact with people and run a business.

I have not yet come away with a bad haircut. I never have to re-do my do when I get home. Owner Sheryl and associates are all so professional, friendly and personable.

Love this place! Keri is amazing and does such a great job listening and delivering what her clients ask for.

It is always a good experience at Advantage Hair. Very nice salon and very clean. Everyone there is friendly and I love Keri that does my hair. Thanks Keri!
