Took my wife here on our last vacation day so she could get a relaxing pedicure. They had her sit down on a massage chair before trimming her nails short enough to put her in pain all day, and then basically just painted her nails without giving her any time to soak her feet. Total time: 5 minutes... Then they sat her down by a little fan that blew on her nails while they paid all of their attention to a regular and talked back and forth in Mandarin, completely ignoring my wife until she finally was ready to just pay and go. Bad service, lousy, fly-filled ambiance, no music or relaxation in sight. Stay away folks.

This is the greatest little salon right on the edge of the Grant Ave shops (bonus! It's next door to a quaint little wine place). The ladies who work here (and Andy!) are all very friendly, work quickly, and do a fantastic job.
Gel Manis: of the several times I have gotten a fill or new set, only once has the edge of my mani peeled up, and I work pretty aggressively with my hands. Needless to say, they last! I wish there was a wider variety of color selections, but I'm not disappointed with what they have.
Waxing: Debbie is the absolute greatest. Her prices are the cheapest I've seen around and she does a far superior job than other pricey establishments. I consistently go for brow waxing and more recently for bikini. She works surprisingly quickly and is still very thorough (will tweeze and thread following brows, and tweeze following bikini). Very, very happy to have found her.

Older ladies works at this place. Due to their age(wearing glasses), their sight is not clear enough to see details of nail works. You can't get detailed of work at here.
