Was sat down right at entrance. All seemed well, and the older lady did a wonderful job and was gentle. Then, the younger lady took my hands rather roughly and hit them when my fingers weren't relaxed enough. She began to paint my nails, but didn't cover them evenly or consistently. Some paint was up to the cuticle and the rest was noticeably below. My file job was uneven and already looks chipped. Air bubble and everything on my polish. Very disappointed.

I loved it! Very great customer service. I got my hair cut and she did a wonderful job. I found my new baber ✂
