Love doing my hair there. Owner is very nice and great at what she does however, communication is difficult because there's a language barrier. The biggest con for me is that prices are never consistent. I'd suggest to ask for the price of the service before you start doing your hair instead of towards the end because it is awkward when a customer is standing very upset and wondering why the price of their service increased when they've always paid a specific price for the same service a couple of months ago.

Will never go there again. I had my hair done in February and was charged $65 to have a relaxer done. I went again 2 days ago for the exact same thing and while Paulina was doing my hair she was like "u need a hair cut" I said "no thank u", she insisted. I asked "how much more is it to cut my hair?" She said "dont worry its included. When she was done and I went to pay she said $100!! I said $100, she said yes that's what u paid last time. I said I paid for me and my daughter to get OUR hair done. It was $65 for me and $25 for her. She said "oh your hair is longer now, I'll just charge $90"...longer?? No, you're charging me for the hair cut that was supposed to be included, that I really didn't even want!! I paid and left. They won't be getting any more of my money.

Paulina is friendly and she has variety in her hair products. She also sells them there. Marta is very good, on time , good price and services and she knows what she is doing..
