Oh my goodness! It had been ages since I've treated myself, and Hannah took such amazing care of me! (and didn't even balk at my crazy barefoot bumpkin callouses). I feel SO MUCH BETTER! This was my first visit and will definitely not be the last!

I went in on Sunday to get my nails done. I got a dip manicure. The manicure itself was done in a timely manner and looked amazing. However only a few hours later one of the nails completely popped off. A day later another one popped off, and now today and theirs nail has popped off. I have never gotten my nails done from them but decided to try them since they didn’t seem busy in a Sunday afternoon. For the price I paid I don’t expect my nails to start popping off a few hours later, and I’m not rough with my hands either so I’m not quite understand why they started popping off. Terrible experience and will not be going back.

This is one of the best nail salons that I have been too, since moving to Texas. They are very professional and friendly. I’m never disappointed with the services that I receive. Tammy and Don did an amazing job on my dip manicure and my aloe Vera pedicure. They are clean and follow the COVID-19 guidelines well.

I asked for thin eyebrows, an Employer there denied.. her reasoning was that I wouldn’t like it and would complain. I proceeded to ask but she says she only waxes once. My husband then asked to speak to a Manager since he’s the one who paid. The employers then tried to work with him respectfully knowing I was dissatisfied. I love great Management and Employees whom truly care about their Customers experience so I let the issue go. I support Nail Salons like this, they truly genuinely want to provide the best service. I left a bad review here before the resolution and the Manager even commented asking for me to contact the store. Thank you. Cảm ơn!
