Ada is amazing ! My girlfriend Jennifer R referred me to her and she did wonders on my hair. The color is perfect and the cut is perfect. They are so sweet and offer you water or coffee while you are there. A bit more pricey than other places but in my opinion you get what you pay for.

Outstanding hair salon! I saw Ada and she did an amazing job on my cut and color. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Don't cheap out and go somewhere just because they are less expensive. This salon is on a Manhattan salon level.

A mixed bag. The woman who washed my hair (sorry - can't remember names - dark hair) was lovely. She did a bit of massage and was not rough. Ada, the young woman who cut and styled my hair did a reasonable job but it was not like the picture I showed her. I wanted hair that could be washed and airdryed - no blow drying since I'm not adept at it. My hair is wavy, if that makes a difference. I was told I could just use some product and scrunch it. Swear, you need an extra hand to maneuver both styling your hair and blow drying it! Anyway - it looked good but after I washed it it was a bit of a mess (again, because I can't style my own hair). Luckily I had a 30% birthday discount so I didn't blow too much money on it, but I will have to go get it re-done - planning to head to a local Dominican hair salon which is more convenient. Taking the bus to Hylan is horrible, especially in the cold weather. I've had haircuts that would last weeks and still look good. This lasted 4 days. The place will give you drinks and they have cookies. And I did not have to wait because it was the noontime during the week. I've been there on weekends and it gets really busy. I do not plan on going back. I feel out of place there - all the people are young (20's) and I'm in my 60's. I've been there a total of perhaps 5 times, and the first visit was great - but the stylist (an older lady) was never there again. Wish I knew where she headed!

Never have a bad experience here, all of the staff I have interacted with is very nice. Nicole is my GIRL. She never gets it wrong and has recently "fixed" a bad cut I got. I'll never stray again! :)

Always very professional. The whole staff treats you very courteously. My hair always looks good.
