The worst place to go, Tom is amazing and very good at his job but he’s not easy to schedule with.
The lady that sits up front and to the left of him is HORRIBLE! I called made arrangements for things to be done, then when they get busy they rush through, cut me, don’t pay any attention to details. She’s in capable of noticing when someone is in pain. Just over all horrible. You can walk out of there with the thick, and very awkward looking nails. Don’t go!

I would have rated higher but so mad right now. I had my gel, full set nails done on Monday. By Saturday, the gel was all cracked throughout the nails. I went back to have them fixed. They charged me $25 dollars to fix their product's mishap. I disagreed, so they went down to $20. I am a regular here, but will not be back. I have always paid what they have asked, even tho they charge the same price for a rebase as they do for a full set of nails. Plus I have ALWAYS tipped them well. They have lost this almost 2 year customer. Apparently they do not know how to take care of their clients. Merry Christmas! So Disgusted!

HORRIBLE experience! Went in for a rebase on Sunday 2/2/2020 and today Monday 2/3/2020 TWO nails are off! The guy who did my nail did a horrible job and gave me attitude for asking him to fix them or when I’d point things out to him. Finally told the manager and he “fixed” them for me. Was not content with them after that but still tipped him $5 for fixing his employees work. Waste of money and time!

New mgmt eliminated the foul-mouthed anti-social employees who insult & negotiate tips when you walk in the door. Less scary more friendly. Now if they could learn how to keep the place sanitary... The floors, restroom & stations were filthy.

I needed a gel fill...they told me before they started it would be $35 ok no problem...when it was time to pay it was $43. The nail job is horrible...I haven't had a bad nail job in NEVER...I just got home from there about 20 minutes ago and it already look like I need a fill. The lady didn't even trim my cuticles either😡 Also they used OLD NAIL POLISH😡😡
They honestly don't deserve the one star in MY OPINION.
