I'm very disappointed with my experience. I previously called the Salon and was told that the Salon can do walk-ins, so I came in today without an appointment. Since it was a walk-in, I didn't mind waiting some if I had to. While I was waiting with the people around me, a lady told me that she would be right with us. So I keep on waiting, and an hour passed by. It had been over an hour when finally a lady came up to me and told me to leave, even though I was only getting a small trim on my hair. This was a waste of my time. I could have been in and out of Great Clips in 20 minutes or less! I'm not going back again after the treatment I got.

Fantastic if you're looking for a new beautician Jessica Whitehair is your girl. I highly recommend her she does fantastic work and can do anything you want from a simple cut to an updo. 0
