It's very hit and miss there, sometimes I go and my nails are done perfectly, and other times they are done horribly... If you get a guy named Alex def ask for someone else, he has messed my nails up numerous times... There is another young tall guy whose horrible too but I didn't see his name tag.

Started going here when they first opened. Even made appointment with favorite nail tech. Was happy with the service until they started giving me their coupons in the place of my change! First time it was only$2, so I didn't say anything. But the next time, they gave me $8 in coupons back. When I looked at what was given to me and back at the guy at front desk he said "What, is there something wrong?"
I didn't want to make a scene so I just took them and left only to find out later that I can't even combine them. Have to be used one at a time,ugh. Never been to a salon ever that does this!!!

For Christmas my daughter gave me a gift certificate for this very place.
Didn't want to waste her money so I thought I'd give them another try. Big mistake!! When we walked in my daughter was asked can we help you? She answered and lady went back to client at her station. Never asked me anything. Now I'm still standing at the desk waiting to be helped. 6 more people walk in after me and the same lady asked all of them" hi, can I help you?" each time. She has to look around me to address them but still nothing is said to me. So finally 2 more people come in and my daughter speaks up and tells her about how I have been standing at the desk for 40 minutes and I wanted to get my nails done. She looks at me all uppity and says a weak sorry but it's already too late for me. I was staring her in her face the whole time I stood at the desk. There's no way she could not have known that I was waiting to be served. Worst customer service EVER!!! I find out later that she is a manager.WOW!!
WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE.

A year ago I would of told everyone to go here but it's not what it was. They rush, are always talking in a language of their native country and get an attitude of you do not like what they have done. The pedicures are so fast. Theres no time to relax as they want to get the next customer in the seat. Most of the workers are rough and jerk peoples feet and legs. This can be very painful for anyone with leg or feet issues. My nails are never even and when I point it out they seem pissed. The one girl I went to is so booked it's impossible to get an appointment. She would be the only one I trust. When I have booked an appointment with Elin they often say so sorry she was over booked, can so and so help you. I tried to be flexible and let many others try but they are not up to her work. The point of making an appointment is to get with the tech you want and not have to settle. They need to relook at what made them a great place when they opened and bring the business back to that standard.

I don't get all the bad reviews!
I was here back in April for a pedicure and had a 4 star experience. I visited in September and I would give it maybe 3 stars. I think it really all depends on who the nail tech is. I would say overall 3.5 stars.
I came in around 6pm in the late summer and it was DEAD quiet. I am wondering if the fact that Walmart left this strip mall could be a reason it's less packed.
The guy who did my pedicure was pleasant, but I did have a hard time understanding him. The foot massage was a little off, but everything was ok.
My toes looked nice. The salon is clean and kept up nicely. I had been in here a good amount when I used to live in the area.
