I went in to get something looked at in 2016. They didn't even look at it and started throwing over the counter options at me. Very disappointed.

Had a basil cell carcinoma biopsy done. They called me, left a voicemail. I returned their call and waited 2 days past their own message of 24 hours. Upon finally getting the call and hearing what the results were I also found out that they didn't tell me how to care for the skin removal area. When I asked about the second spot i pointed out, they brushed it off and didn't even offer a treatment plan ( although cosmetic). This was a pathetic excuse of service of any kind, much less medical. I was not happy to have to inform them I cannot in good conscience return and would find a new dermatologist. This was my first time having to see dermatologist and they did not make a somewhat scary situation any better. I highly recommend getting other referrals from your doctor or friends.

This is a great place of service. They return calls quickly and do everything they can to assist with what you need. I have been a patient for a few years and have not had a poor experience yet. The dr's listen with respect and have good bedside manner.

Been going to them for 5 plus years for the same thing ( cyst removal) everytime I schedule they have me on the phone for 20 plus minutes trying to get me scheduled for a consultation for something I have been seeing them for, which could be avoided if they look in my past appointments and see that I have never had a consult they just schedule me for the procedure. I tell them multiple times I have never needed a consult and the doctor says I don't need one then they talk to the doctor and find out I was right and don't need one after wasting 20 minutes of my time. (This is supposed to be marked in my chart but clearly it's not) I called a month and a half ago to schedule my procedure and had me on the schedule for this week, I called today to confirm and they said they never had me on the schedule and couldn't get me in until late January. I took off work and my driver took off work as well. Such a inconvenience. Front desk is totally unorganized, rude and clearly doesn't know what they are doing. Very sad I liked the doctor but her front office completely ruined it. Won't ever be back.
