The hotel is perfect for the price and location. Yes, there’s a daily resort fee of $20 but it’s worth it. The hotel provides free breakfast daily, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. Basically, they provide all the amenities that you’ll need for your stay. The rooms aren’t big by any means, but if you’re visiting Waikiki, how much time are you gonna spend inside your room anyways, aside from sleeping? My daughter and I had 2 full size luggage’s with us in a room with 2 twin beds and we had no issue with finding a place for everything. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes from the bus stop, and there’s a Food Pantry and ABC store about 2 minutes away as well. If you need anything during your stay that the hotel doesn’t provide, you’ll find it within walking distance. The staff from the front desk to our cleaning lady were extremely friendly and very hospitable. There’s also a little coffee shop in the lobby with some great tasting coffee and the girls who work in there are really sweet. My stay there was a week long and a very relaxing, enjoyable one. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel for the price. You can't go wrong. Much cleaner than other hotels in the area in this price range. Breakfast was included, that was a surprise. It was pancakes, muffins, coffee, fruit punch, apples, oranges, sausage, eggs, boiled egg, fried noodles, some other Chinese dishes. Limited parking, good restaurant across the street after a late night drinking.

The ramp they put in I’m assuming for ADA compliance in front of the hotel is hilariously unsafe—too steep by far and it has an odd curve in it that’s tricky to navigate. I am using one crutch for support after knee surgery and am pretty steady on my feet but I had a lot of trouble with this thing and nearly fell twice. I can’t imagine how someone in a wheelchair would manage. Other than this issue the hotel is fine. Another Aqua hotel, nothing particularly interesting about it. Avoid thinking the free continental breakfast is going to be adequate enough for most people; though I did grab fruit to snack on later. The hotel actually shares a parking lot with Food Pantry; it’s easy to save quite a lot of money by getting groceries there and preparing at least some meals in your hotel room.

Decent, not too good. Parking is not inclusive and extremely expensive. The management seem too picky and obsessive about "protecting" their breakfast buffet rather than being considerate that all clients are able to comfortably eat. The food is good but the management need to manage their paranoia better!

The staff here were really friendly and great. My stay here wasn’t. I am solo travelling female and stayed here for three nights due to a mix up with my previous accomodation. I had to book this short notice and yeah, the curtains were not long enough in width and as I had the workers on my level (two) they could easily see me sleeping on my bed as the bed is situated right next to it. There was a bug living under the shower head and at night you could hear scuttling in the walls almost constantly. The light does not light up the room or where the bed is? Which is kinda stupid if you want to read. Worse of all as my toilet clogged (it wasn’t flushing super well originally) and did this after I ate some spicy food that upset my stomach, not pleasant having to try and get toilet paper out and Im not a person who has ever clogged a toilet. If you want a night yeah it’s okay anything longer. No. I had a terrible time here, great people but just a bad generally run down hotel.
