I just do regular manicures and pedicures. I've recently started getting gel. This is a really pretty salon and can be a little pricey. The quality is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, sometimes not. Depends on the nail tech. I will continue to use them.

I just got my nails done here. Not only did they not give me the color I asked for but it looks terrible. I love getting my nails done and thought I loved this place but the way this was handled and the fact that I paid $40 for nails I didn’t want is messed up.

Parisian is a wonderful salon! Great SNS color selection and fantastic nail technicians. The salon is quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended!

This place is such a hit or miss nail salon. I’ve had more misses lately honestly. Probably will find another salon to go to. I felt very pressured to upgrade. If I say no the first 5 times chances are I’m not going to say yes the 6th time. My toe nails were all uneven, cut all different lengths, and I’ll just let you see the polish job 😡

I have been coming here for 4 years and while I love my technician and the ambiance, the service at the front desk has steadily declined. Most recently, I had an appt that I was a few minutes late for. I called when I was a few minutes away to let them know I’d be running late so I didn’t lose my spot. They said they’d let my tech know, that I was ok and that I had a 16 minute grace period, much more than I needed. I arrived 7 minutes late, signed in, and sat down to wait. A few minutes later, I was told my technician wasn’t available and that they had someone else for me. I only get my nails done by a specific person and was just informed on the phone that she’d be told I was on my way. Now I was told she had left and had to reschedule for that evening. No compensation for the miscommunication or wasted time. I’m pretty sure it was a lie that she was sick because she seemed perfectly fine a few hours later and she had an appt right after my initial appt. They need to learn better customer service, how to properly communicate, and that lying is not the way to go. When you mess up, be honest, and fix the issue by compensating for lost time.
