AMAZING SERVICE! Everyone in there is super friendly and enjoy a good laugh! :) I went in for a full set and was serviced by Hannah who did my nails, they came out amazing! Better than I expected :) Mary also did an amazing job by fixing my toes. She did a beautiful set and also made me feel really comfortable. I will return again for the great laughs, great service and friendly atmosphere along with the great looking nails !:)

I just left this salon 2 seconds ago and i had to write this review as soon as i got to the car! AMAZING!! Hannah and her team are awesome! Hannah makes genuine conversation with you and is so sweet! Her brother’s attention to detail is UNMATCHED! Top notch! Ive never had someone get my shape exactly how i want it and he matched my design to the picture i brought PERFECTLY! 10/10 Recommend! BEST IN SAN ANTONIO! If you’re not getting you nails done here, what are you doing?!

Don’t judge my hands too harshly I’m a mechanic so they’re abused. I’m an out-a-towner traveling for work. Stopped in for a full set I was completely impressed with the techs skills, he was really great. I got red tips with black paint and a matte shellac. He was pretty on point, didn’t leave any acrylic or paint on the edges, meticulous and gentle. I’d go again when in town. I completely recommend!

My first time was AMAZING! Sang did my nails and pedicure he took his time and made sure double checked everything. Will definitely return!

Booked an appointment for 2 people, we ran 5 minutes late tops getting there, as unfortunately things sometimes happen. The lady inside was so rude from the minute we entered. Shouted at us to "SIT DOWN" and wait for 10 minutes more because we were late. When we politely asked how much longer the wait would be, she screamed "YOU WERE LATE" as if we were now being punished, in front of the other customers. We didn't argue back, we didn't raise our own voices, simply left to find a more professional establishment where we could be treated like human beings. On that note, I highly recommend Nails by Mai, same area, better prices, much cleaner, much nicer setting and services!
