I wish I could give them 0 stars for there costumer service. They are very unprofessional I went To go pay my phone bill and and I also bought 1 set of jbl earphones and the cashier charged me for 2 set of jbl headphones Plus my phone bill was 60 and it came up to over 120 dollars so I came back to confront them about it and i didn’t like how rude I was talked to when I confront it. I dont advise nobody to go to this metro store worst customer service ever!!

Real nice employees they’re really helpful and know their products customers that gave bad reports are probably the irate customers that think everyone owes them
