My sister and mom have had good experiences, but I haven’t. I’ve been here twice and both times I’ve gotten someone different and been disappointed. The first time I went in for a fill and a pedicure. The pedicure was great! When it can time for my acrylic fill, one of my nails was badly lifting and I made sure to tell her so she would fix it. I am quite rough on my hands and I knew it would pop off if it wasn’t fixed. The first time I told her was during the pedicure, and she brushed it off making no effort to say she’d fix it. Thinking she was focusing on the pedicure more this didn’t bother me. When we actually sat down to do my hands I made sure to tell her again that it was lifting very badly (it was close to coming off because I had waited so long before my fill) and she ignored me and just put acrylic over the existing acrylic that wasn’t even attached to my nail!! She even cut me with the cuticle clippers and didn’t do or say anything. I’m a very shy person and I thought maybe that would fix it and she would know more than me and I shouldn’t tell her how to do her job. But a few days later it just popped off and by that point I was so done. So I went in again and got a different lady. I asked her to take off all the acrylic and just put a new coat (more nails had started to come off so I figured I should just start new) with no tips. She seemed like she was new and she cut me once with the drill but she did an okay job other than that. However, after 2 weeks the acrylic started lifting towards the back of a finger, and the acrylic even has started to literally chip off my natural nail!! I’m not happy at all with my experiences

The pedicure was well done and my toes look good. I’m only giving 3 stars because she was so soft on the leg message & hot rocks that I barely noticed it. Toward the end she seemed distracted and in a hurry to get done. I got a basic manicure without polish and she barely touched my cuticles, which was the whole point as to why I had it done.
They were friendly but with so much competition around I would suggest they step up their game.

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I always request Brittnie and she never disappoints. She is very professional and super talented. I am very picky as I am in the cosmetology field and she takes her time and makes sure everything is perfect. I have gotten several different services and have been more than pleased every time.
In addition, I have recommended this place to several friends and family members and they have become life long customers!!! Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.
