Glued the bottom of my lashes together w the top. Pulled out some scissors and decided to cut them not professional.. Refused to give me my refund. After I told her she cut the corner of my lashes off. Her reply was, "they were already like that" DONT RECOMMEND, RUN!!! I had eyelash extensions done.

No place in Jacksonville I will go other than here.. They are wonderful at what they do, and I never have an issue with nails lifting or popping off when I come here! Nowhere else I will go!!

Super service! If you have an issue go back the SAMEday and they gladly fix any complaints. I personally have NEVER HAD an issue with any service these ladies provided me. Mani-Pedi waxing. They are fabulous!

They take their time to make sure they do a good job. I never feel like they are rushing to finish when a new customer walks in. Very much a quality job over quantity of jobs. They recently got new message chairs, manicure tables, renovations to make it look more modern and professional. Both ladies are always very friendly.
