My experience was less than satisfactory. If I could rate this as a negative score I would. The water was luke warm. The lady only filed one heal and not the other. The lady acted like she didn’t want to be there and couldn’t care less about the quality of the work she was doing. Then, after my experience there I got athletes foot! I have never before had athletes foot!!

First time going here and I won't be returning at all ever and this place is a waste of time and money I was not even in there 30mins and everything was done in like 20 mins they pretty much shoved me out the door and I was not even out of the store and my nails were messed up and I told them to fix them and they said no time to fix and then the one guy told me don't touch anything for a half hour or they would mess us but they were already messed up at this point....NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AND I DONT RECOMEND ANYONE GOING THERE AND THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT A ONR STAR IS BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A CHOICE SO I COULD WRITE A REVIEW

Mickey does my nails, BEST ever. David (her husband) does my pedicures, BEST ever. Attention to detail is fabulous and after a couple return visits they knew exactly what I liked. Their daughter is great for pedicures too. Most of the negative reviews are about "nick" and I can't attest though I have witnessed unhappiness. I do love this salon. It isn't that they are rude, just typical efficient behavior for their culture.

So I’m not a die-hard nail freak but I like to treat myself to a full set and fill while I can afford it. I usually go to Q-Nails by Reisbecks but they get so busy so as a last ditch (and because I was on a schedule) I came here. And I regret it. I gave them 3 chances and each time they ignored me, hurt my nails, and over charged me. Don’t even bother asking how much it’ll cost you, they’ll give you a different price each time you ask and then charge you something different so come with your wallet full and your expectations low. They don’t shape your nails right, they give attitude if you ask for shorter, if you’re nice, they ignore you. The last time I went was most definitely the last straw. I had gone about three and half weeks without a fill and two (2, TWO JUST TWO NAILS) were coming loose. The elderly lady looked at them and proceeded to tear the acrylics off. LIKE STICKING WOODEN STICKS AND TOOLS AND WHATEVER SHE COULD TO RIP THE ACRYLIC AND MY NATURAL NAILS OFF. Then grinded my natural nails down and put another set on and charged me for a full set. My nails looked awful and the pain... if you ever wear acrylics and accidentally catch your nail on something, you know the pain I’m talking about. That was all ten of my nails. I had to soak the new acrylics off a week later so I could give my nails time to heal. They look so bad, misshapen, thin, tore and ravaged. I will never go back, I’ll never spend another penny there. They’re unprofessional, they’re rude, and they’re not worth your time or patronage.
TL;DR- I’ve gone there 3 times. Each time got progressively worse. They tore my acrylics and natural nails off and left my fingernails destroyed and hurting because two acrylics were coming loose before a fill. Then overcharged me. Don’t go. Don’t do that to yourself. Treat yourself better.

LOVE the woman that does nails but any time one of the men do them they never fail to break and come off. I don’t recommend going here unless you have the woman do your nails.
