Always has and will be the best nail salon. I was first greeted when walking in. They are so friendly and eager to please! And do an excellent job with massages and pedicures. They feel so natural; I am so happy. If you have an appointment …. you are always taken care of on time. And relaxing experience there!

This place is my PARADISE. I love getting pedicures here because she really take her time on my feet. The atmosphere was so quiet! & really great shellac manicure! After coming here I can't go anywhere else.

I went to this nail salon to get my toes done a while ago. My wife said I was due. I was in the chair. I noticed the young lady doing my toes was a little rough but all good. Then she lifted my foot. Did some trimming. In the process cut my toe. She got some antiseptic and dabbed on big toe. Put back in water. Needless to say woke up next day big left toe throbbing. For days I soaked in alcohol. Peroxide etc. Finally went to hospital as my toe was changing color around the cut. Long story short I ended up on antibiotics for ten days with a serious infection from that cut as she put my foot back in those wash basins. Now I do my own toes at home. Dont want that pain again. If you go there good luck. Take your own foot basin

My husband and I decided to have a day each together to come in True Touch Nails & Spa. They really were meticulous and it's been a little over three weeks now and my gel is intact. The price is reasonable with quality!

I DISLIKE True Touch Nails and Spa. They are extremely disrespectful and horrible customer service. If I could give them a negative 5 star I would. Their not worth one star. I spend easy $80 + every two weeks and I have gone to them several times, with every time getting worse. Most of ALL its how they make you feel.. Uncomfortable!!! They even laughed and talked about one of there co-workers. My daughter is 10 and she was even uncomfortable. They are not friendly at all. If I was offered to go there for free.. I WOULDN'T TAKE IT.
If you had a long day at work and wanted to relax and get your nails and feet done.. don't go there. If you have kids... Do go there. If you have an event coming up.. don't go there.
I hope they read this because their customer service has to change. I would pay 100.00 to get my nails and feet done if there customer service improved.
If my money isn't good enough, I will take it elsewhere. I hope this reaches one person. I'm not the only person that felt this way.
