My Mom & I went there to get service, and was told it would be a while, and we were fine with that. One of the workers waited 15 minutes to ask us to come back the next day, but we said that we would wait. She kept asking us to come back tomorrow, so we just got up, and went some where else. I've been going to Lucky's for years, and was never treated this way. I think it's because It's ran by new people, and they do not know how to treat their customers. I didn't have an problem with leaving, but I did have an problem with being told that we would be receiving service, then asked to come back because they were understaffed. That was very unprofessional.

USUALLY DO A GOOD JOB. BUT NO ONE GOOD WORK'S THERE ANYMORE, AND LAST TIME I GOT THEM DONE 5 BROKE REALLY LOW 4 STILL ATTACHED TO SKIN. WAITED A WEEK AND WENT BACK SO THEY COULD GROW OUT A LITTLE. TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE I LET ATTEPT TO FIX AND FILL BEFORE I JUST WALKED OUT ALMOST HALF DONE, THEY LOOKED HORRIBLE!! DON'T THINK I'LL BE GOING BACK AND I WAS PRETTY FAITHFUL AND I PAY FOR GEL POLISH OR DESIGNS ONLY, SO IT'S NOT CHEAP.

HORRIBLE BY FAR THE WORSE SET OF NAILS MASSIVE AIR GAPS JUST AFTER 24HRS OF HAVING THEM DINNER
