I highly recommend New Royal Nail & Spa. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by kind staff and are asked to hand sanitize your hands, which honestly is a must. My nail tech, Shirley kindly asked me to look for my color and I was seated in my own plastic bubble- which allowed me to feel comfortable and protected. I was so happy with the Pedicure i got from my nail tech, Shirley. My friend and I were so happy with our nails. They truly work hard for their customers and our nails look lovely. I can't wait to head there this afternoon. I recommend to call to make an appointment- this nail salon is amazing, friendly and professional staff and very clean. I will take a picture of my Manicure today, and y'all can see how wonderful this nail salon truly is.

The worst service! I went in for a pedicure today and received a shower. When the owner (Nina) tried to cool the hot water, water squirted all over the place. Wetting between my legs and butt, mind you its 30 degrees outside. She offered no solutions and charged me full price. I will not be going back to this place, my 2nd time frequenting and receiving horrible and rushed services.

I definitly enjoyed my time at this spa, the ladies there was very welcoming and nice. I had an amazing time and recieved very good services. I definitely recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for people who are professional. The facility was very clean and organized. The price was fair and definitely worth it.

She did a Amazing job on my nails. She also has a Membership loyalty program and you could earn free treatments!! I definitely recommend. I came into her shop with acrylic nails that was so caked on and it destroyed my nails but she legit bought them to life!! They feel so much better and told me to stay away from acrylic. I definitely recommend her so much!!! ❤❤😍😍
