The first time I went there I was VERY HAPPY with the way my gel mood Polish manicure came out as well as my pedicure, although when I went back the second time, THEY RUSHED THROUGH ME, I GOT THE SAME THING MANI AND PEDI AS BEFORE BECAUSE I WAS SO HAPPY WITH IT THE FIRST TIME, and was completely unhappy with the outcome! I went and showed them the next day so they could see how AWFUL IT LOOKED!! I DIDN'T have time for them to re-do it RIGHT that day so I need to go back as soon as possible to have them FIX my nails RIGHT!! I refuse to have paid for all that and to be that unhappy with them!!

Been going here all my life recently moved been trying a new salon came to visit in plfd and decided to go to vans HORRIBLE nick did my nails and I hate them they are all uneven bulky and just unexceptable I paid cash money for something I could’ve did at home will be visiting today and hoping I can give a better review after I get them fixed for free

Horrible service been coming her for years and would only deal with Nick. Van the owner is very unprofessional she argues with customers every day. She lacks professionalism and has poor customer service skills. I came here to get my lashes done and Vivian my lash tech wasn't here I was told she was on vacation. I left And came back 2 weeks later to get my lashes done she still wasn't here. Her worker told me she was fired. Britney did my lashes one whole left eyelash came off in 2 weeks. I've been going here for 10 years and My lashes always last a month. Vivian did them long and thick just how I like it. Van offer to fix my lashes she did them very thin I spent $15 to fix one and one was longer than the other. I came back 4 days later to ask to make it thicker she said she have to charge me again I'm like no. She told me I should've came back sooner I said I had my daughter and her friends with me it was her birthday and I didn't want to ring them back we waited 40 mins that day. She told me I'm a liar I waited 3 wks to comeback which wasn't true it was 4 days and how she doesn't want my business. I was in shock how I was being treated by her a business owner. All she had to do is fix my lashes and kept it moving or say no. To see her argue with me a customer and calling me a liar was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I would never go here again definitely not worth the headache. I'm so glad I didn't come back with my child and her friends I wouldn't want them to witness this behavior. She's very money hunger and very rude this is not the first time hearing her argue with customers. She picked the wrong person today. If you want to be treated with respect and have your money's worth do not go to Van. I definitely see why she fired Vivian, because everyone loved her and she did a honest job. Van does a job so you can come back and spend more money. I feel bad for her workers that have to deal with her nasty attitude on a daily bases.

I love all of the workers in there. I always get my nails done with Brittany or Nick.. My eyebrows are either done by Brittany or Van!!

This salon so dirty OMG please be aware that all they use is cheap product and nails breaking 3 time a week keep come back to get it fix
If you want to be safe and clean please stay away from this salon or if you don’t think what I say is true please check it out yourself
