Made appointment, I arrived 5 minutes before. My nail gal had another customer in her chair. Thought ok she just finishing up. 45 minutes later I was still waiting. As the whole time they kept looking over at me. Saying something in their language an laughing. As I was walking out from having to wait that long, they came an told me they was done with that customer. Too late they done lost an good customer that came in every 2 weeks
